January 2010 Happenings!

Hey everyone, Happy new year! This fall was insanely busy - The Fugitives toured our new EP, “Find Me’ across Canada, we recorded our full length album due out in March, and I wrote a play to premiere at the Vancouver East Cultural Centre in February. Wowsers. But first things first, here’s what’s up for January, and a bit beyond:

I’m on tour in Ontario (plus Montreal and halifax) this January! Relevant gigs are at the gig page. If you live in and around Montreal, Ottawa, Lanark County, Burlington, Guelph, London, Toronto, or Halifax - come hang out with me!

The Fugitives are playing our next show in Vancouver at the Vancouver East Cultural Centre on January 24. This will be the first of my shows as Curator in Residence there. This show will sell out fast, so you have to buy tickets early. Check out this page: http://cultchcurators.wordpress.com/

February sees a bunch of Fugitives shows and the premiere of my play (TJ Dawe is directing and Cara Yeates is the actor - say what?!). I’ll be in touch about that soon…Also, a new Awesome Face show - just in time for Valentines (and the Olympics)!
